who see the comments?

Hi

we have 3 people involve

employee who open the report and submit a report

manager who get the submitter report, approve it and pass it to me

me (finance) who get the report after manager approved it

my question - after report submitted to manager, and manager still didn't approve it, if i (finance) enter report and add a comment - who will get notification (by email) that comment was added - ONLY the manger (at the report is at this stage) OR manager and the employee that opened the report?

Both the manager and the employee. Basically anybody involved in the report up to that point. By adding a comment yourself, you involve yourself in the report too.
