Is there any way to download an expense report "as submitted"?

Hi All,

I need to download an expense report as it was submitted to compare it with one that a Finance person has modified. This is to allow me to see which expenses were removed by Finance.

Thanks for reaching out! There are a number of different ways that this can be accomplished, such as CSV spreadsheets or PDF files. Here is a link that will walk you through the options for exporting reports.

Thanks Kirk, but I needed to export it as submitted, BEFORE finance changed it. Unfortunately, I've been advised by someone else at Expensify that this is not achievable.

It would be great to be able to compare what was submitted with what was approved to allow further explanation, supporting docs or just to know the reason for the difference in amounts.
