USD business account at a Canadian Bank

I am a Canadian Corp with a USD business account at a Canadian bank. Can I connect that to Expensify to pay my US employees?

Welcome to the Community @CanadianEmployer! If your account has a 9 digit US routing number for ACH, you would be able to add your account to reimburse employees to their own US bank account.

Canadian banks do not use ACH routing numbers.

We have had users with TD bank that we are able to support. ACH reimbursement is only available from one US bank account to another US bank account. If this is not your situation, we are not able to support ACH reimbursement at this time for your company.

I just spoke to TD Bank. They said they don't use ACH numbers with business accounts. With their Global Transfer app funds would need to go out as CAD from a personal account and be exchanged in USD and then sent to the recipient. Exchange rate is lousy and there is a $9.99 fee per transaction.
Just have to keep looking.

Ah - sorry to hear that.
