Expense Rules

I found out that Expensify can only create rules on a per-person basis. It would be extremely helpful if I could make a rule for an entire policy, but I can't.
So that leaves me having to manually create rules for each person in our company.
Is there a way I can access each employee's account rules from as an Admin so I can create the rules for them?

Hey @nhoffman94_tob if you ask someone to make you their Copilot, then you can set their Expense Rules through their account!

Great, that works!
Now, if I'm somebody's Copilot, how am I able to make changes on their account? I'm not seeing where I can click in and make new expense rules

@nhoffman94_tob Sure, use these steps to switch to their account, and then go to Settings > Account > Expense Rules
