Silicon Valley Bank stopped syncing to Expensify

I am so frustrated! My Silicon Valley bank card was syncing to my expensify account. It stopped working a few weeks ago and I am not able to resync. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you have a fix? HELP! It's the end of the month and I may have to do it all manually!
Thank you!

Hi @Pittman - can you writing Concierge through the in-app messenger or by emailing [email protected]? We can help you troubleshoot your SVB connection there.

" The SVB Direct Connect connection is working for most users, however the other connections are down for some users.
The very best way to connect with SVB is always via a commercial feed. The bank makes this super easy and most of our users who bank with SVB has this type of connection."

The good news is that your card is a company card, and so we have two connection options that are much more stable.
You can learn more about both options from our Deep Dive: Company Credit Card Import options guide. Specifically, this help page outlines how to set up a direct Commercial Card feed from MasterCard, and this help page outlines how to connect your SVB cards through a direct company card connection. These are both our most stable credit card connections, and SVB is supported by both options.
