Quickbooks connection not available...how to resolve?

We're trying to get two Expensify users with different policies and separate credit card accounts synced Quickbooks desktop. One user we were successfully able to sync to Quickbooks and pull in vendor and chart of account info and map. With the other user, Quickbooks is not an option on the connections tab. How to do we resolve this?
Also, how do we designate which GL account in Quickbooks should be used for each user's credit card account?

Hey @MichelleAndrade - QuickBooks Desktop is only available for Group policies, so if QuickBooks isn't an available option in one of the policies, you may be looking at an Individual policy. If you go to Settings > Policies in Expensify and look towards the left side of the page, you can see if you're toggled to Individual or Group policies.
GL Accounts are imported to Expensify as policy categories. For more information about how the QBD integration works, check out Deep Dive: QuickBooks Desktop Policy Overview and look for the "Categories" section.
