Expensify card - daily settlement through multiple reimbursement accounts

We have 6 entities in our organization. Each entity has their own policy within our Expensify account, and each policy is linked to that entity's bank account for reimbursement. We are looking to switch to the Expensify card from our current credit cards. But we need to make sure that the Expensify cards can complete the daily settlement through the bank account per the policy for that user?

Hey @Sojourn_1303 !
Does each entity have its own email/website domain? For example, if you have an entity named Best Donuts and one named Greatest Donuts - do they share one single domain like donuts.com or separate like bestdonuts.com and greatestdonuts.com?
Expensify Cards are allotted at the domain level within Expensify so it is best that each entity has its own email/website domain to attach to. A shared domain will work if you have a shared bank account you can post the settlements to.
We're working on adding more usability and feature sets to the Expensify Card constantly! Stay tuned to our Product Updates where we'll post changes as they are made.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have more questions.

Hi @Karisa Latta,
We have one shared Domain.
But we are reimbursing via the individual bank account linked to each policy.
We would prefer to keep sharing one Domain, but if we have to decentralize I would like info on how that would change our current plan pricing.

@Sojourn_1303 the cash reimbursements can still come from separate bank accounts, its just the card statement settlements that can only link to one bank account per domain at the moment.

I would like to schedule a call with someone to talk through specific questions and concerns we have about the Expensify card. How can I do this?
