I have set up Advanced Approval but cannot get it to work

I put the Advanced Approvals in the system, but it seems as though staff can get around this by clicking final approval when they are really the middle level of approval.

Hi @scranny - Can you double-check to see if Workflow Enforcement is enabled under Settings -> Policies -> Policy Name -> People? This feature is located toward the bottom of your page.
Make sure that's enabled, and that should prevent employees from final approving their own reports.

It is enabled. The user is not Final Approving the reports, but the first level approver has that capability. It does not prevent the first approver from doing so.

@scranny - This setting does not apply to Policy Admins, any chance the ones getting around this are Admins?
If not, can you reach out to [email protected] or select the Chat bubble in the lower right with the Report ID and a short description of the issue so that we can look directly into that?
