My tags have disappeared...then reappeared...then disappeared

I seem to be losing my tags. They still show up on my expenses that have previously been logged but if I try to edit them and select the tag drop down menu there's nothing there. A few times just one of the tags was available. I refreshed. Logged out and in. They keep coming and going. But now I can't find them and they are no longer listed in my account settings under policy settings.

Whoops. My bad. Never mind. I touched a button I shouldn't have touched but I fixed it.
