How can I delete a report?

I had to reject some expenses from a report because they were duplicates, but they then showed up in a different “open” report. I don’t want this report or these expenses (as they are doubles!) but can’t figure out how to get rid of them.

Hi @abwhite welcome to the Community! I see that your company settings for imported company card transactions is set to Corporate Liability type. This prevents transactions from being deleted. I would suggest having the user update the policy applied to the report to their own individual policy in the upper right. They'll then be able to mark the report as closed and this won't get reported.

Stevie - We now have triplicate transactions happening. I have tried to delete transactions by switching from "corporate liability". This requires that employees be the ones to manage assigning the policy to personal in order to delete. I am an admin for our credit cards, and how can I to take an employees report with duplicate and now triplicate transactions, and delete it or move to personal policy. What other way is there as an admin to manage this process for our employees.

Typically a password is required to take those actions on an account, but what you could do here is have employees add you as a CoPilot on the account. This would give you direct access to their accounts without needing the password. We have more information on how CoPilot works at this link.
