Idea: Default Description Category Rule

Hi Expensify,
It would be extremely useful if a new category rule could be added for a default description of an expense, in addition to the 'description hint' option.
For example, if an employee submits a receipt for postage and codes the category to 'Postage and Courier', a description is added stating 'Postage costs' automatically based on the rule set in the expense policy.
