Does Approved me that it will automatically reimburse?

I approved an expense report for $144 today. Does that them that the reimbursement will automatically happen in 5-7 business days to the persons personal credit card? OR do I need to press the reimbursement button? And when I try to press the reimbursement button it has a Lock on it?
