Option to get rid of all non-report-related concierge emails

Hi !

The idea is to have a setting options to really disable all concierge emails that are not about reports that need to be approved or report status updates. (yes this is different from what is already in settings).



I received a unwanted email from the concierge that apparently didn't fall under the "Relevant feature updates and Expensify news" category that was already unchecked on my account.

After inverstigation it seems expensify considers that type of email as important info that supercedes whatever options are set in settings about email communications.

Sending back "UNSUBSCRIBE" to that email yielded an other unwanted email that basically described how to set email communication options in expensify settings (those were already set appropriately).

    Hi @Grumpy_Consultant - this message was a one-off from when we upgraded our Concierge system, and it marks the beginning of your messages on that new faster system.

    It essentially 'keyed' you into the new messaging system so that you could get faster support. It's not really a feature update or news, so much as a completely new platform being added to your account for you to use to message us. You will see there that the email links to the new live chat environment, and if you replied to the email the reply goes to that new environment.

    Do you have other examples here?
