Hi @janacosi - it's a little more than that! We have a number of resources that help you get started with Expensify, or an Ideas page where you can suggest product features. There's always co[email protected] if you really want a live Q&A session.

@Sophie_Pinto pretty much. They used to have documents in a clean format where you could find basic things easily. Expensify Community can be useful, but only very rarely.

Patience will be a virtue. And be ready to have concierge jerk you around a lot.
