Why are approved reports automatically exporting to Quickbooks Online?

When approving reports on a certain policy is suddenly exporting reports as soon as I am approving a report?

    Hi @Lesliepainter1! Do you use a direct accounting integration? If so, it sounds like you have the Auto Sync feature on. Auto Sync automatically exports reports as soon as they're approved or reimbursed, depending on which is the final step of your workflow for that report. The Auto Sync feature is found via Settings > Policies > [Select Policy] > Connections > Configure on the Advanced tab.

    If that doesn't help explain things, could you offer a few more specifics here?

    • Which accounting program do you use?
    • Do you have ACH reimbursement enabled in Expensify?
    • Was the report reimbursable or non-reimbursable?
    • Does the report log say that Concierge reimbursed the report?
