Syncing Quickbook Desktop Jobs with Expensify

Hi,
I have just taken over the finances in our company and have a glitch that I can't work out how to fix.
In the past, when a new job was assigned in Quickbooks desktop under a customer, I would resync my expensify app the new job would appear so I could assign expenses against that job.
I just added a new job in QB and I can't sync the new job over to Expensify. I have never done the whole process before what do I need to do?
Thanks

Hi Zany,
I have been writing with conceige for over a day now and it is not coming close to understanding my problem much less providing a solution. That is why I am posting here.

Hi @Starby,
I've taken a look and I can see that you've not synced Expensify with QBD for 4 months. This is the reason your tags and categories aren't up to date.
Please head to Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Connections > Accounting Integrations and hit Sync Now to get things up to date.
If you message Concierge you'll be connected with an agent who can troubleshoot any problems you run into in the process, and we won't risk exposing any sensitive data.
Cheers!

Thank you Matt. That was very helpful.
I had been syncing on the phone app but didn't realize I had to do it on the PC also.
Thanks for your help.

Gotcha - syncing the app will sync your Expenses and Reports on mobile with web (which tends to be more up to date).
Woo! That's great to hear.
