Hello, Can I connect two policies under the same domain to a multi entity company on Sage Intacct

Also the is the opposite possible. Can one Expensify policy be connected to two different entities in Sage Intacct?

Hi @Atish - you can connect one policy to one entity at a time. Feel free to check out our community where we've already detailed how to connect to Sage Intacct!

The instruction doesn't specify how to connect to an Entity rather it shows how to connect to the TOP level. Alot of the things that it refers to like customization service are not available at the entity level on Sage Intacct only at the top level. Please let me know where I can find the instructions to connect to the entity level.

Hey @Atish, what policy are you looking to connect?

I was trying to use the Test Kiwi policy that we have currently. But the issue is that we cannot upload the Expensify package at the entity level on Sage Intacct.

Hello - Curious to know if this question was resolved as I'm encountering the same issue.
We have a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. I've only been successful at setting up the integration to one of entities (the first one) in our environment.

Hi @gherkert - You should be able to connect a given policy to Intacct at either the top level or entity level. If you're having trouble, could you send a message to Concierge so that we can look at your setup directly?
