We have various policy members with open expenses with zero value, or with expenses that are duplicates. As an admin I would like to delete these without having to reach out to the policy member.
Hi @deb_vis unfortunately admins cannot delete employees expenses, unless they are a co-pilot to the account and can co-pilot in to do this.
Try encouraging your employees to watch this Employee Onboarding video to ensure they are always following best practices when using Expensify.
