Hi @Belinda, reimbursing outside of Expensify simply means that you or your company reimburse employees using a method other than Expensify. Sometimes this method is through an accounting package, like with Aussiebandit, and sometimes it's through payroll.

Hi @Belinda - our company chooses to reimburse from our accounting package - so we do not get Expensify to do the reimbursement.
