    Thanks for reaching out, @lfrazier1968! I checked with our card processor and it looks like your card was not delivered because the address was not entered correctly.

    You'll need to follow Settings > Account > Credit Card Import and click Request New Card. Follow the prompts and correct your address and then request a new card be sent.
