Why are my AMEX charges not showing up in Expensify???

This entire AMEX import debacle has been a recurring headache. None of our most recent charges from September/October imported in. The instructions for the new Amex bank connection didn't work. It was a waste of time and now I am wasting more time writing this email and contacting your "Concierge" through email because you don't take support calls. HOW DO I GET MY AMEX CHARGES FOR ALL MY EMPLOYEES INTO EXPENSIFY??????

Happy to help here. I think this might be faster if you reach out directly to concierge for an in app chat. However, I wanted to make sure you are using the new amex connection we gave instructions for here, https://community.expensify.com/discussion/7245/we-have-a-new-american-express-business-card-connection-upgrade-now.
