Tag & categorize email receipts

Is there a way to provide some tagging or categorization on my emailed receipts. I send 90% of my receipts via email so once a month I end up going into the app and tagging and categorizing all of them. It would be nice if I could put the report name, tags or categories in the first line of my emails and have it read that. It would save me double-processing each one.

When you're tagging and categorizing your receipts, you do have the option to create a rule based on what you're inputting. You could use this to make sure, for example, that all receipts coming in from one merchant in the future are placed in a certain category. You can also input rules ahead of time, or use the implicit categorization feature. Did anyone get a solution to this? I’m in the same bit that I need to sort the same merchant, for example, between one client/company or the next each time so setting up a passive rule doesn’t work as the same merchant is not always the same expense account. Need to have a way to tag the report/policy/category via the subject or first line or the email.
