I am using exensify for document management and have connected it to our Brex credit card. How do I assign categories (Meals& ent, travel,etc) for the cardholders to choose when uploading receipts?

Categories and Tags are dependent on policies in Expensify. As long as you have Categories and Tags enabled on your policy, users will be able to code expenses when they add them to reports on that policy.
