Would you consider it a best practice if a company’s CEO jumped into the middle of a contentions Presidential campaign with his views on who should win? Would that company understand that it just lost 1/2 of its customer base? Oh, that’s your CEO. My suggestion for a Best Practice would be to fire him like yesterday.
