I want this count to close. I cannot do it since it says my email is incorrect but I have received emails today from this organization at the same email. CANCEL/CLOSE my account now please without further delay.

If you received this newsletter, that means that you have an active account with Expensify, so the email is not incorrect. I do see that this email has an existing account, so if you need to access it in order to delete it (I am not able to do so for security reasons), you will need to click "Forgot password" to get a reset link.
You can then close your account by going to Settings > Account > Account Details Scroll down to Close Account.
