How do I get a response on Concierge for an urgent matter?

We are setting up a new VCF card feed and our Bank partner needs a contact to speak to at Expensify to resolve the issues. I have messaged Concierge for couple days now and no response. I have no way to get in touch with anyone on time sensitive matters.
