Is there something I need to do to sync quickbooks with expensify credit cards
@jroberson It sounds like you might be interested in exporting company card transactions to an individual GL account - check out this Community post.
Here is what I had to do - this must have set up the new cc account in QBO
Can you try syncing your policy via Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy name] > Connections > Sync Now then try exporting again
@jroberson I do see you have the Expensify card - yes, we'll create a new account in your QBO account.
Thanks. The Concierge who are normally very helpful did not get to that answer very quickly and it took me a couple of days to get the one who knew how to proceed. Maybe something that can be sent when the CC are set up.
