Why am I overcharged for my expesify account?

Hi!

I have opted for Annual Subscription with 2 users. In July 2020 I have been charged @20 USD per user for 2 users. For September 2020 - I have been charged for 21 users @ 36USD per user. This is exorbitant. I tried seeking help from Concierge on this but it was indeed a frustrating experience

Can some one please help me on this?
