I would recommend reaching out to Concierge either via the in-app chat or by email (concierge@expensify.com), this way the team will be able to look at your account and help you out with your receipt issue! Please include any error messages you're seeing or a description of what's happening when you try to upload a receipt when you write into Concierge.
