It would be incredibly helpful if a company could have a central billing address. I just ordered 32 cards for my staff, not realizing that everyone's mailing address would default to their billing address, as well. Now I have to train 32 employees on how to change the address to our office address by ordering a new card without actually ordering a new card. 😧😧😧

One central billing address would have come in quite handy in this situation.

Thanks for the feedback, @BridgewayCC! Is there a particular reason you don't want users to use their shipping address as their billing address for their Expensify Cards?

Since our company, not the cardholder, is ultimately paying the bill, it seems like our company's address should be the billing address.

Got it! Just to clarify, it's not necessary for the billing address to match your company address since the card is paid via Daily Settlement through your company's bank account. However, I'm happy to pass along this feedback and leave the Idea open for other users to chime in on!

I'm testing the Expensify card now and you need to input a BILLING address with most vendors (it's one of the ways they validate the card), and it needs to match the address associated with the card. Unfortunately that address (as detailed above) is the address where the card was mailed (my home since we are a remote workforce). I understand the requirements of AML/KYC are driving the initial issuance of the card, but there needs to be a way to set a default corporate address associated with the card after it is issued.
