Getting list of employees

Hi there I am aware of the endpoint https://integrations.expensify.com/Integration-Server/doc/?shell#policy-getter where you can get list of employees. However, was wondering what the policyIDList is and what policy IDs would I use to get all employees. Also how do I retrieve a policy ID
