Can i upload scanned receipts from my computer to Expensify?

Hi Community!

For some reason the Expensify app on my phone fails with each picture I take. I scanned receipts with a different app. Can upload those from my computer into Expensify or not?

If not, any ideas on why or how I can find out why my scans keep failing?
