I attached receipt (paid with Expensify card). Expensify marked it as Paid in Cash. Is it standard the Expensify to do that? How can I change the expense from Cash to Expensify card?
Can you please start a chat with Concierge regarding this topic? When you send the message, please include the merchant, date, and amount. The Expensify Card expenses should not switch to cash, but we can review more in chat or email. Thanks!
Ah! Resolved itself! Apparently it takes some time to change from Cash to Expenisfy Card as payment method.
@financeDCC glad to hear your issue is sorted! However, I'd like to point out that Expensify Card transactions do not appear as cash. I'm wondering if you were looking at a receipt that had been SmartScanned (this will show as cash) but eventually merged with an Expensify Card transaction, perhaps?
