how to close a report ?

That was fairly simple before !

I cannot find when I am in a report to close it.

Kia ora @mazerolle! It will all depend on your Approval Workflow.

The Close option is only available on a Send & Close workflow. I took a peek at your Group Policy setup and it seems you have a Send & Approve workflow, which means all reports need to be Approved by you. The final status will be Approved or Reimbursed depending on whether the reports contain reimbursable expenses.

Here's a bit of a guide to the different workflows.
