Hi @Stuart_Major I've actually been thinking along the same lines as you! We're doing some serious planning around communication tools at the moment, and I'm hoping to create a proposal for something very similar to what you suggest once that plan is implemented!

I have been going round the houses on a 3 hour chat with your support.
We have on-site teams who only work on their phones.
It should be possible for them to add admin as co-pilot on the phone app.
