Expensify Card connection to QuickBooks Online

I've been waiting 21 days now for a solution from Concierge, so I thought I'd try the Community.

Expensify is connected to QBO, but no approved expense reports are being exported successfully, whether manually or by Auto-Sync.

This started when we migrated to a new QBO license and company ID that has not worked at all yet with Expensify. All the QBO data and chart of accounts is the same and the company name is the same. The only difference is a new QBO subscription with a new Company ID.

When we try and export an approved expense report from Expensify, the error is

  • QuickBooks Online experienced the following errors while exporting your reports. Account not found on policy XXX, make sure the QBO connection is synced and all centrally-managed cards are correctly configured under Domains > Company Cards.
