how do I access an account as copilot?

Hi @Mary_Latten12 - Once you've been added as a Copilot on a user account, you can switch between your own account and the delegated account by hovering over your user icon and choosing which account you want to log into. Once logged in as Copilot, you can take account actions on that user's behalf.
