Expense limit by month and/or year.

Currently we are able to set limits "per individual expense" and "per day". It would be great if we could also set monthly and/or annual limits.

For example, we might have an annual education subsidy for the employees, and it's difficult to track how much they've expensed up to date, it has to be done manually. If Expensify could do the tracking for us, that would be amazing.

Not sure if this is possible, but here's hoping! :)
