Expensify owner is a complete asshole! I want to close my account

You can close your account by going to Settings > Account > Account Details > Close Account on the web app.

Please how can I close my account?
I cannot find the setting section on my profile, and I really need to close my account.
I have been getting a lot of unwanted email.

Hi @Goodness - welcome to the Community! Just to confirm, are you looking on the Expensify website or mobile app?
The reason I ask is that you'll need to access the website to do this. Simply log in and click on the blue cog to access your Settings (it'll be underneath the Expenses and Reports tabs on the left-hand side).

THERE IS NO 'CLOSE MY ACCOUNT' UNDER THE STUPID BLUE COG/ACCOUNT/SETTING........I WANT MY CREDIT CARD DATA REMOVED FROM YOUR SITE IMMEDIATELY. IVE ALREADY WOVEN MY WAY THROUGH DOWNGRADING MY SUBSCRIPTION, BECAUSE THE SERVICE SUCKS, AND YET YOU STILL HAVE MY PERSONAL DATA.
UPDATE THE FREAKIN' CLOSE MY ACCOUNT INSTRUCTIONS. IVE SPENT HOURS WITH SUPPORT ON THIS.

There are a couple of standard reasons why you may not see the "Close Account" option, such as if your email is part of a verified domain, if you are the last remaining Domain Admin or if you are a Billing Owner.
