Emailed receipts not showing in expenses

I've forwarded 50+ homedepot email receipts from my gmail account to receipts@expensify.com but they haven't shown up. I've waited a day but no luck, just wondering if something has changed or if I'm missing something? This is the first time I've run into the problem in the 5+ yrs using Expensify. Cheers
