Emailed receipts not showing in expenses

Expensify Customer Posts: 2 Expensify Newcomer
I've forwarded 50+ homedepot email receipts from my gmail account to [email protected] but they haven't shown up. I've waited a day but no luck, just wondering if something has changed or if I'm missing something? This is the first time I've run into the problem in the 5+ yrs using Expensify. Cheers

I'm sorry to hear that! Can you please reach out to Concierge with a screenshot of one of the emails sent so that we can investigate further? This is not meant to happen so I can only imagine this might be a bug. Thanks for reporting this!
