"Returned" instead of "Rejected"

I am a new Expensify user and so as not to offend our staff, I usually email them outside of Expensify if there's something wrong with their submitted reports. I've avoided using the "Reject" button for certain expenses because it's such a strong and judgmental word to our staff. Last week I was so busy I chose the reject method and boy did I get feedback.

It would be a softer term to use the word "Returned" instead of "Rejected."
