Exporting two credit cards transactions into Quickbooks Online

My company has two credit card accounts - AMEX and Mastercard. Majority of business is done on AMEX, so we import AMEX transactions into Expensify, categorize them into separate reports (internal, client, etc.), and when complete, export them into QBO for accounting reasons. I want to do the same with the Mastercard, but It appears Expensify can only import one credit card into QBO. Both AMEx and Mastercard have their own ledger in QBO, but transactions are assigned to the same general expense categories, e.g., airfare, computer, meals, etc. Ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you are importing both cards into Expensify using our company card feature, you can set which card each one exports to within domain control. Check out our company card export feature here.
If you aren't using company cards, you would need to set up a separate policy for each card and choose a different default card in your configuration for each policy.
