I've incorrectly been charged a random $0.52 USD on my credit card from "EXPENSIFY.ORG HTTPSEXPENSIF CA"
I havent had an active subscription since April (as I'm not travelling due to Covid).
I've tried contacting the 'concierge' support and they asked me to hold while they looked into it and I've since heard nothing hours later.
Anyone know how I contact a real support team to get it sorted?
Yes I know it's only $0.52, but the whole experience, and being unable to sort it, totally undermines the trust I have in Expensify. I just want it sorted so I can comfortably use the service again.
