I am the new accountant and the previous one gave me admin rights but I can't see the monthly sta

I cannot access monthly billing statements but I have admin rights. The previous accountant is still on the account and she has access to statments. How do I remove her to be able to see monthly statements?

Hey @Shelia ! Receipts for use of Expensify are added to the Billing Owner's account. If you take over billing for a policy (go to Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Overview and click Take Over Billing), you'll receive future receipts for payments.
As a Policy Admin or Policy Auditor, you may also be able to see the previous bills by going to your Expenses page and filtering to show expenses from All submitters, and filtering by the Merchant field for "expensify".
Otherwise, the existing Billing Owner will need to share those receipts with you by downloading them as PDF, or by sharing the reports with you.

No that does not work. She is still listed as billing owner. How do I remove her? and will that solve the problem?

If you want to take over billing for a policy, go to Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Overview and click Take Over Billing).
You'll need to take over all policies that the current billing owner manages to take over their Annual Subscription, and that will give you receipts for future payments (which will be taken through your Expensify account)
As I mentioned, for past receipts, you'll need to follow the steps above to find them through your Expenses page

Ok - I'd recommend you chat to Concierge through the chat icon in the bottom-right of your screen to walk through these exact steps! They'll be able to check exactly why you're not able to become the Billing Owner, and what to do next.
