Anyone else having a difficult time dealing with customer service issues using Concierge?

The snark I have been dealing with from Concierge is ridiculous.

these responses are awful:
"I already answered your question related to duplicate transactions."
"I already answered that too."
Today I had another one with these people where they just repeat themselves. The directions say to reach out to concierge to unblock the email and when I asked them to unblock it they refused.
