My App Crashes When Selecting "Create Mileage Expense" on Web App as well

Neither myself nor my colleagues can click new mileage expenses without their mobile app crashing. Re-installing / re-starting does not change anything. Strange enough, the same thing happens on the Web app.

I have access to multiple Policies and its the same thing on both of them.

This is urgent as people are waiting to submit their expenses
