Exporting member list and reports of multiple policies

Hi Expensify,
I often have difficulties in finding where an account is located among our 25+ policies, and in those cases, I had to go to each of the policy to look up the email, or export each of the 25+ policies to check. If we have a filter to export member list of multiple policies instead of only one like now that would be great.
Similarly, when I have to export the reports, instead of choosing only one policy to export at a time, it would be more effective if we can choose multiple reports showing at a time because some of them can be grouped together.
Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out about this @Dien_Nguyen! It is an option to use the Filters on the Reports and Expenses page to narrow your search by email address.
Can you tell me why this option won't resolve the issue you see? Thanks!

The problem occurs if the account does not have any report, or when he or she has been added to multiple policies as an approver only. This problem happens as I often have to find the account to remove from all the policies that he/she has been added to because the person no longer works for the company.

Ah, ok - that is quite the unique situation. While there isn't anything in product that will solve your particular situation I could suggest that you keep an external record of any policies that you invite employees too. Then, when changes need to be made you can reference your record to see which policies each person belongs to.

Some larger companies like to have a Domain Group per Policy which restricts to that Policy. And that means that the user lookup in the domain will tell you the Group, which will also tell you the Policy. So for example, there might be a Sales Group which is restricted to the Sales Team policy. Or an Australia group restricted to the AUD policy.
I definitely feel like this is not the first time we've had this suggestion!
