Can I end an annual subscription early and receive a refund?
I would like to end my annual subscription, but the subscription doesn't end until the end of April 2021. Can I cancel it now and avoid the remaining monthly payments?

When opting into the annual commitment you must see out that commitment until expiration.
The annual commitment provides you a lower monthly rate vs. the no commitment Pay-Per-Use option. For this reason, you need to fulfill that commitment until the subscription expires.
If you're looking to no longer use the group policy after April 2021 then I would suggest that you access your Subscription settings and ensure that you have "Auto Renew" disabled. Upon completion of the subscription period it will move to the no commitment option, Pay-Per-Use. Then, you can either stay on that pricing or remove the group policy entirely.
