Switching Expensify synch from QB to Intacct

Our company policy of Expensify is currently setup to maintain categories as imported according to the Chart of Accounts of our accounting system, QuickBooks Online. We have now moved our accounting system to Sage Intacct. Besides besides updating the categories, what other issues should we be aware of in order to make the switch to Sage Intacct for a better integration between the two apps? Do you offer support to do this?

Hi @DDefelice
Welcome to the Community!
To get you ready for the switch I would suggest picking a cut-off date for QBO and ensuring all expense reports have been submitted, approved and exported before transferring - this just helps you to ensure a clean switch.
Once you are ready to connect to Intacct, we have some really great resources to get you set up:

If you need any help along the way, just reach out to Concierge using in-product chat or by emailing [email protected].
