Getting a copy of Expensify Jan Invoice - mission impossible!

I just got the run around with concierge. My boss is no longer here an her card paid the Jan invoice on 2/1. Her account was inactivated before we were able to post a report for her (our bad). Her email account is shut down. Now concierge is telling me that they can not give me info from her account. I don't want info from her account.

All I want is a copy of the Jan invoice for the EXPENSIFY services! I keep repeating that the accounting department should be able to provide us a copy as we "the company" pay for the bill and services. The concierge keeps trying to avoid getting this info. I NEVER had a vendor refuse giving an invoice for service. What am I supposed to show my auditor??
